General Assembly

The supreme governing body consisting of all members. Meets annually to elect board members, approve reports, and set strategic direction.

Board of Directors

Elected by members to provide strategic direction and oversight. Sets policies, oversees financial performance, and ensures regulatory compliance.

Credit Committee

Reviews and approves loan applications, monitors loan performance, and ensures prudent lending practices.

Procurement Committee

Oversees purchases and asset management, ensuring value for money and transparency in all transactions.

Audit Committee

Provides oversight of financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance with laws and regulations.

Meetings & Reporting

Annual General Meeting

Held within four months of the financial year end. All members are invited to attend and participate in decision-making.
